The role includes on-site customer consultation, documentation of the work, communication with the office staff and involvement in the further development of service processes, partly also on call duty. A completed apprenticeship in the sanitary, heating and air conditioning (SHK) field or equivalent as well as fluent German at native-speaker level or C1 is required; experience in customer service is an advantage.
